Pull-A-Part BMW riddled with bullets, NTSBA and IIHS notations…

Came across this X3 at Pull-A-Part that appeared to be in some kind of shooting. Upon further inspection, nothing really made sense about this vehicle. The bullet holes are grouped in a very specific way, and I also noticed notations from NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) and IIHS (Insurance Institute for Highway Safety). submitted by /u/KillerBlueWaffles
